Yes, Oasis Perfumes only stocks 100% genuine products sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to safety regulations regarding alcohol-based liquids, all perfumes must be shipped via ground transportation.
What is your return policy for opened perfumes?
To maintain hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing a sample vial before committing to a full-sized bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where temperature fluctuations occur.
